Sarah Raffetto

A 4th generation member of the Raffetto’s Fresh Pasta dynasty (you may know her as @pastaheiress on the ‘gram), Sarah grew up in a big Italian family surrounded by the freshest pasta, delicious sauces, and lots of family dinners. She keeps the vibe going at Raffetto’s, where you can find her slinging pasta any day of the week.

She’s spent the last decade working in and around restaurants with some time spent cooking (what else) Italian food at a neighborhood trattoria. Emily comes from a big Russian-Jewish family and cooking for people is how she shows her love.
